下石节煤矿214煤仓给煤硐室失稳破坏数值模拟分析

摘要: 以下石节煤矿214煤仓因给煤硐室混凝土承载结构受围岩、水及压力的长期影响而变形破损严重,不能满足矿井正常生产需要为背景,结合理论分析与数值模拟,分析了214煤仓给煤硐室失稳破坏原因及煤柱高应力、水对给煤硐室稳定性的影响。研究表明:高应力作用下,硐室混凝土承载结构及围岩处于较大范围的剪切屈服状态,承载结构表面因围岩的强烈挤压而发生拉伸破坏;硐室底板炭质泥岩及根土岩遇水后的膨胀及弱化,会导致底板围岩的强烈鼓出,混凝土底板承重梁受底板围岩挤压而鼓出并几乎完全处于拉伸破坏状态,立柱也因受到挤压而发生强烈剪胀并完全处于拉伸破坏状态,导致了混凝土承载结构的整体失稳破坏。

Abstract: Due to the longterm influence of surrounding rock,water and pressure,the concrete bearing structure of coal feeder chamber of No.214 coal bunker in Xiashijie coal mine is seriously deformed and damaged,which can not meet the normal production demand of the mine.Combined with theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the reasons for the instability and failure of the coal feeder chamber of 214 coal bunker and the influence of high stress in coal pillar and water on the stability of the feed chamber are analyzed.The results show that under the action of high stress,the concrete bearing structure and surrounding rock of the chamber are in a large range of shear yield state,and the bearing structure surface is damaged by the strong extrusion of surrounding rock; the expansion and weakening of the carbonaceous mudstone and root soil rock of the chamber floor when encountering water will lead to the strong swelling of the surrounding rock of the floor,and the bearing beam of the concrete floor will be squeezed by the surrounding rock of the floor.It is almost in the state of tensile failure,and the column is also in the state of tensile failure due to compression,which leads to the overall instability of the concrete bearing structure.
