浅采设计与固废充填相结合的创新应用

摘要: 在罗河铁矿的开拓工程设计时,为减小回采贫化率,采准工程均布置在-497 m水平,造成下部留有三角矿体损失,通过设计-512 m浅采矿房回收259#阶段采场下部压覆的12万t三角矿量,减小贫化;-455 m水平为凿岩、回风水平,基建期间废石均采取利用现场巷道堆存,使得-455 m 水平80~90联巷区域巷道被废石占用,通道受阻,严重影响现场通风及人员、设备通行。通过利用259#采场切割天井作为废石充填井,将上部-455 m水平70~100联巷,28~33进路区域巷道内堆存的大量废石充填至-512 m浅采空区内。通过创新应用不仅回收了边角矿体,提高了资源回采率,同时也解决了-455 m水平凿岩巷道长期堆存废石无法处理的难题,而且利用固废充填较尾砂胶结充填大大降低了采矿成本。

Abstract: In the development engineering design of Luohe Iron Mine,in order to reduce the mining dilution rate,the mining preparation engineering is arranged at the level of -497 m,resulting in the loss of the triangular ore body left in the lower part.Through the design of -512 m shallow mining house,the 120 000 tons of triangular ore under the pressure of 259# stage stope is recovered to reduce the dilution;the level of -455 m is the level of drilling and return air,during the construction period,the waste rock is piled up by the onsite roadway,making -455 m roadway in 80~90 Lane area of 55 m level is occupied by waste rock,and the passage is blocked,which seriously affects the ventilation of the site and the passage of personnel and equipment.By using 259# stope cutting patio as waste rock filling well,a large amount of waste rock piled up in the upper -455 m horizontal 70~100 lane and 28~33 access area roadway is filled to -512 m shallow goaf.Through innovative application,it not only recovers the corner ore body and improves the recovery rate of resources,but also solves the problem that the waste rock in -455 m horizontal drilling roadway can not be treated for a long time,and the mining cost is greatly reduced by using the solid waste filling compared with the tailings cemented filling.
