摘要/Abstract

摘要： 以垣曲铁尾矿为主要原料，采用烧结法制备SiO2Al2O3CaO系黑色微晶玻璃。主要阐述了铁尾矿黑色微晶玻璃的制备工艺，根据生产过程中出现的问题及解决办法，总结出一套实际生产可行的制备工艺，进一步克服了黑色微晶玻璃制备工艺难、板材成型难、板材气孔率高等难点。最终，通过一系列实际生产工艺改进，成功制备出气孔少且小、板材颜色纯正的铁尾矿黑色微晶玻璃。

Abstract: SiO2Al2O3CaO series black glassceramics were prepared by sintering method from Yuanqu iron tailings.Mainly expounds the preparation technology of iron tailings black glassceramics,and summarizes a set of practical production methods according to the problems and solutions in the actual production process.It also overcomes the difficulties of preparing,plate forming and high porosity of the plate.Finally,through a series of practical production process improvement,the iron tailings black glass with fewer pores and a pure plate color was successfully prepared.
