污泥吸附络合铜的动力学、热力学及其机理研究

摘要: 为研究污泥对柠檬酸盐络合铜的吸附特性,采用平衡振荡法实验,借助相关方程分析其动力学、热力学特性,并利用BET、FTIR、SEM探讨其吸附机理。结果表明:吸附18 h后达到平衡,总铜去除率接近80%;准二级动力学模型可以较好地描述动力学实验数据;Langmuir方程可以较好地描述热力学实验数据;BET分析表明污泥为微孔结构;FTIR分析表明污泥吸附剂上的—OH、酰胺基、COO-是主要的吸附活性基团;利用SEM明显观察到,吸附后污泥表面有金属沉积物堆积;吸附机理包括络合作用和表面沉淀。

Abstract: Adsorption process of complexation copper onto sludge was investigated by balance oscillation method.The properties of kinetics and thermodynamic were analyzed by related equations and adsorption mechanism was characterized by BET、FTIR、SEM.The results show that adsorption balance occurr on 18 h and the removal rate of total copper is about 80%.Pseudosecond order kinetic model better described adsorption data.Langmuir model is appropriate for isothermal adsorption process.The result of BET shows that structure of sludge is microporous.—OH,Amides,COO-are observed through FTIR which might serve as the main active groups for adsorption.Metal sediment can be observed on the surface of sludge after adsorption by SEM.Adsorption mechanism including complexation and surface precipitation.
