北洺河铁矿通风系统优化改造研究#br#

摘要: 北洺河铁矿是一座地下大型黑色矿山,采用无底柱分段崩落法开采,通风系统采用中央对角式四级机站通风方式,矿体两翼进风,中间回风。随着开采深度不断下移、通风网络不断变化,导致目前通风系统存在总风量不足、中段风量分配不合理、采区污风循环等问题。运用通风系统优化技术以及风量调控技术,提出了增设风门、增设进风侧风机、调整主风机运行频率等通风系统调整优化措施来解决上述问题。通过对3个通风系统调整优化方案的综合比较,最终选择在西风井石门增加进风主扇,并且对进、回风主扇运行工况进行协同匹配的优化方案。运用三维通风系统计算程序对优化方案进行了计算,然后根据计算结果进行现场调试,确定-50 m水平回风机站2台并联风机运行频率为40 Hz/43 Hz;-230 m东、西进风机站4台风机运行频率为30 Hz时,进、回风主扇运行工况协同匹配性较好,系统总风量达到了193 m3/s,满足理论计算的矿井总风量180 m3/s要求,同时采区污风循环问题得到解决,矿井通风效果得到明显改善。

Abstract: Beiminghe Iron Mine is a large underground black mine.It adopts the sublevel caving method without bottom pillar.The ventilation system adopts the central diagonal fourstage base station ventilation method.The two wings of the ore body enter the air and the middle return air.With the continuous downward movement of mining depth and the continuous change of ventilation network,there are some problems in the current ventilation system,such as insufficient total air volume,unreasonable air distribution in the middle section,pollution air circulation in the mining area,etc..By using the optimization technology of ventilation system and air volume control technology,the optimization measures of ventilation system adjustment are put forward to solve the above problems.Through the comprehensive comparison of the three ventilation system adjustment and optimization schemes,the final choice is to add the main air inlet fan at the stone gate of the west air shaft,and to coordinate the operation conditions of the main air inlet and return fans.The threedimensional ventilation system calculation program is used to calculate the optimization scheme,and then the field debugging is carried out according to the calculation results.It is determined that the operating frequency of two parallel fans in -50 m horizontal return fan station is 40 Hz/43 Hz.When the operating frequency of four fans in -230 m east and west inlet fan stations is 30 Hz,the operation conditions of the main fans of the inlet and return fans are in good coordination,and the total air volume of the system reaches 193 m3/s,which meets the theoretical requirements.The calculated total airvolume of the mine is 180 m3/s.At the same time,the problem of waste air circulation in the mining area is solved,and the ventilation effect of the mine is obviously improved.
