某细粒难选铜(钼)矿石浮选试验

摘要: 为高效开发利用黑龙江某细粒难选铜(钼)矿石资源,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上进行了选矿试验。结果表明,矿石中的有用元素为铜、钼,主要铜矿物为黄铜矿,其次是斑铜矿;主要钼矿物为辉钼矿;主要脉石矿物为长石、石英;矿石在磨矿细度为-0074 mm占75%,粗精矿再磨细度为-0038 mm占80%的条件下,采用1粗3扫3精闭路流程处理,获得了铜品位达2277%、含钼0436%、铜回收率达8977%、钼回收率达7819%的铜钼混合精矿。

Abstract: In order to develop and utilize a finegrained refractory copper (molybdenum) ore resource in Heilongjiang Province,a beneficiation test were carried out on the basis of process mineralogy.The results show that the useful elements in the ore are copper and molybdenum,the main copper mineral is chalcopyrite and bornite,the main molybdenum mineral is molybdenite,the main gangue mineral is feldspar and quartz.Under the condition that the grinding fineness was -0.074 mm account for 75%,and the regrinding fineness was -0.038 mm account for 80%,we could obtain a coppermolybdenum mixed concentrate with a grade of Cu 22.77% and Mo 0.436%,a recovery rate of Cu 89.77% and Mo 78.19%.
