某铁矿地表雷管单、双网路应用对比分析

摘要: 高精度雷管的爆破网路设计一般采用单爆破网路设计,即各地表传爆点只使用1根地表管。这种网路设计具有施工简单快捷、施工成本低等优势,但是经常在一些特殊情况下不能保证稳定传爆,极易出现拒爆现象。以某露天矿山为例,将该矿现阶段的单网路改为双网路设计,即每1个传爆点处均有2根地表管并联作业。双网路设计在施工效率和施工成本方面稍逊于单网路设计,但双网路的可靠度明鲜优于单网路,且安全经济效益可观。建议矿山在条件允许的情况下采用双网路爆破设计进行爆破施工,尤其是大型重要爆区。

Abstract: A highprecision detonator detonation network usually uses a surface detonator at a connection point.This detonation network is simple in construction and low in cost.However,a single detonator connection is difficult to guarantee a stable blowout under any circumstances.Taking an openpit mine as the stduy example,the singleconnection network is changed to a double network.This means that there are two surface detonator connections at each of the blast points.Double network design is inferior to single network design in terms of construction efficiency and cost,but double network is obviously better than single network in terms of bursting reliability,besides that,its safety and economic benefits are considerable.It is suggested that double network blasting design should be adopted when economic conditions permit in some mines.
