某矿爆破质量影响因素的灰色关联分析

摘要: 为分析某矿中深孔爆破质量的影响因素,采用灰色关联理论,根据优势分析原则,对爆破质量的影响因素进行排序。根据国内外矿山的生产经验以及某矿的生产实际,确定影响因素中对爆破质量的影响程度由高到低依次排序为炸药单耗、最小抵抗线、孔底距、炮孔密集系数;因此,确定影响爆破质量的关键因素为炸药单耗、最小抵抗线和孔底距。综合生产实际,选取炸药单耗的合理取值范围为[1.42.0],最小抵抗线的合理取值范围为2.0~2.4 m,孔底距a的合理取值范围为2.0~2.8 m。

Abstract: In order to analyze the factors that influence the quality of middle and deep hole blasting in a mine,grey correlation theory is adopted in this paper to rank the factors that influence the quality of blasting according to the principle of advantage analysis.According to the mine production experience at home and abroad and the actual production of a mine,to determine the influence degree of the influence factors on blasting quality from high to low in order for the specific charge,the minimum resistance line,hole spacing,hole density coefficient,thus determine the key factors influencing the blasting quality of specific charge,the minimum resistance line and the bottom of the hole.Based on the actual production,the reasonable value range of explosive unit consumption is selected as [1.42.0],the reasonable value range of minimum resistance line is 2.0~ 2.4 m,and the reasonable value range of hole bottom distance a is 2.0~ 2.8 m.
