低温拜耳法赤泥磁选提铁试验研究

摘要: 介绍了三种不同磁选流程回收低温拜耳法赤泥中铁的研究情况,研究结果表明,粗细分选-中矿磨选工艺效率和金属回收率均较高,充分体现了能抛早抛、能收早收的节能理念,最大限度地减少了过磨和金属流失。可分别获得铁品位59.42%、回收率22.82%的细粒铁精矿和铁品位55.30%、铁回收率70.04%的粗粒铁精矿,混合精矿综合品位为56.26%,综合回收率达到92.86%。

Abstract: Research situation of recovering iron from low temperature bayer process red mud by three different kinds of magnetic separation flow are introduced. Research results indicate, efficiency and recovery rate of metal are both high by coarse-fine separation-middling(s) grinding and separation technology, show the energy-saving idea of abandoning and recovering as early as possible adequately, over grinding and separation and metal run off are reduced furthest. Grade and recovery rate of iron of granule iron concentrate are 59.42% and 22.82%, coarse grain iron concentrate 55.30% and recovery 70.04% could obtain separately, comprehensive grade reach to 57.26% and comprehensive recovery rate 92.86% of granule and coarse grain iron concentrate.
