基于无传动沉淀罐的选钼精尾中铜回收试验与实践

Test and Practice of Copper Recovery from Molybdenum Cleaning Tailings Based on Non-drive Sedimentation Tank

摘要: 针对某钼矿选钼精尾铜品位 3.42%,传统沉淀池工艺铜回收率仅 60%~70%、微细粒 金属流失严重的问题,开展了资源化回收工艺研究。实验室试验结果表明:丁黄药为最佳捕收剂, 浮选矿浆浓度为 30%,采用 1 粗 1 精 3 扫浮选流程,全程无需添加任何调整剂。基于静态沉降试验 数据,自主设计并应用了 ϕ6 m 无传动沉淀罐,配套进料 2 d、浮选 1 d 的间歇运行模式,成功将低浓 度矿浆高效浓缩至 30%。工业应用后,铜综合回收率提升至 95.56%,铜精矿品位达 18.66%,尾矿铜 品位降至 0.18%。该工艺药剂体系精简,设备无传动部件,技改投入低,为狭小场地条件下的中小 型钼矿山伴生铜资源回收提供了技术参考。

Abstract: In view of the problem that the copper grade of molybdenum concentrate tailings is 3.42%, the copper recovery rate of traditional sedimentation tank process is only 60%~70%, and the loss of fine metal is serious, the research on resource recovery process is carried out. The laboratory test results show that butyl xanthate is the best collector, the flotation pulp concentration is 30%, the flotation process of one roughing, one cleaning and three scavenging is adopted, and no adjustment agent is added in the whole pro⁃ cess. Based on the static sedimentation test data, the ϕ6 m non-drive sedimentation tank was independent⁃ ly designed and applied, and the intermittent operation mode of feeding 2 d and flotation 1 d was matched. The low concentration pulp was efficiently concentrated to 30%. After industrial application, the compre⁃ hensive recovery rate of copper increased to 95.56%, the grade of copper concentrate reached 18.66%, and the grade of copper in tailings decreased to 0.18%. The process reagent system is streamlined, the equip⁃ ment has no transmission parts, and the investment in technical transformation is low, which provides a technical reference for the recovery of associated copper resources in small and medium-sized molybdenum mines under narrow site conditions.
