小流域尾矿库多方法调洪演算系统研究与应用

摘要: 小流域尾矿库调洪传统演算中,为解决方法单一、操作繁琐、效率低且精度易受人为 因素影响等问题,研发了一套集成多方法的小流域尾矿库调洪演算系统。该系统在洪水计算方 面,整合推理公式法与综合单位线法,可自动生成来洪过程线。在调洪演算环节,融入迭代法和半 图解法,实现来洪过程线与泄流过程线的耦合计算。在系统中,仅需输入尾矿库基础参数及当地 水文手册参数,便能完成计算,并输出过程线图、关键参数表和详细计算表等结果,且支持可视化 呈现。工程实例验证表明,系统内 2 种洪水计算方法及 2 种调洪演算方法的结果一致性良好,与手 工计算结果相对误差小。系统单次调洪演算耗时小于 10 s,极大提升了工作效率,可满足小流域尾 矿库汛前调洪演算与应急调度需求,为其防洪安全管理提供了实用工具。

Abstract: In the traditional flood regulation calculation for small watershed tailings ponds,to ad⁃ dress the issues of single solution,cumbersome operation,low efficiency,and susceptibility to human fac⁃ tors in terms of accuracy,a system integrating multiple methods of flood regulation calculation for small wa⁃ tershed tailings ponds has been developed. This system combines the reasoning formula method and the comprehensive unit line method in flood calculation,enabling automatic generation of the incoming flood process line. In the flood regulation calculation process,iterative method and semi-graphical method are integrated to achieve coupled calculation of the incoming flood process line and the discharge process line. In the system,only the basic parameters of the tailings ponds and the local hydrological manual parameters need to be input to complete the calculation,and results such as process line diagrams,key parameter ta⁃ bles,and detailed calculation tables can be output. The system also supports visual presentation. Engineer⁃ ing examples have verified that the results of the two flood calculation methods and the two flood regulation calculation methods within the system are highly consistent,with relatively small relative errors compared to manual calculations. The single flood regulation calculation of the system takes less than 10 s,signifi⁃ cantly improving work efficiency and meeting the needs of pre-flood flood regulation calculation and emer⁃ gency dispatch for small watershed tailings ponds,providing a practical tool for their flood prevention and safety management.
