矿用化学抑尘材料性能演进及靶向防控技术研究进展

摘要: 矿山粉尘是矿山采掘、转运及堆存过程中产生的典型伴生污染物,不仅极易引发尘 肺病等职业疾病,降低作业能见度,还存在可燃性粉尘爆炸风险,严重制约矿山安全生产与生态绿 色发展。为系统梳理矿用化学抑尘技术发展现状,厘清各类抑尘材料技术优劣,指明行业创新发 展方向,系统归纳矿山常规粉尘防控技术体系,分类阐述润湿型、黏结型、凝聚型 3类传统化学抑尘 剂及复合型、智能绿色型 2 类新型抑尘剂的作用机理与研究进展,重点剖析表面活性剂复配协同、 高分子交联固结、微生物酶催化调控等核心创新机制,总结纳米改性、智能响应、生态基材等新型 材料的抑尘优势与应用潜力。通过对比传统与新型抑尘剂的性能差异与技术短板,提出适配复杂 矿山工况的靶向性抑尘创新概念,并从多学科交叉融合视角,展望了智能化分子设计、人工智能高 通量筛选、固废资源化循环利用的未来技术发展路径。研究成果可为矿山粉尘精准防控、绿色高 效化学抑尘剂研发及工程应用提供科学参考与技术借鉴。

Abstract: Mine dust is a typical associated pollutant produced in the process of mining,transporta⁃ tion and storage in mines. It is not only easy to cause occupational diseases such as pneumoconiosis,re⁃ duce operational visibility,but also has the risk of flammable dust explosion,which seriously restricts the safe production and ecological green development of mines. In order to systematically sort out the develop⁃ ment status of mine chemical dust suppression technology,clarify the technical advantages and disadvantag⁃ es of various dust suppression materials,and point out the direction of industrial innovation and develop⁃ ment,the technical system of conventional dust prevention and control in mines is systematically summa⁃ rized. The mechanism and research progress of three types of traditional chemical dust suppressants (wet⁃ ting type,bonding type and condensing type) and two types of new dust suppressants (composite type and in⁃ telligent green type) are classified and elaborated. The core innovation mechanisms such as surfactant com⁃ pounding and coordination,polymer crosslinking and consolidation,and microbial enzyme catalytic regula⁃ tion are emphatically analyzed. The dust suppression advantages and application potential of new materials such as nano-modification,intelligent response and ecological substrate are summarized. By comparing the performance differences and technical shortcomings of traditional and new dust suppressants,the innovative concept of targeted dust suppression suitable for complex mine conditions is proposed. From the perspective of interdisciplinary integration,the future technology development path of intelligent molecular design,arti⁃ ficial intelligence high-throughput screening and solid waste recycling is prospected. The research results can provide scientific reference and technical reference for the precise prevention and control of mine dust, the development and engineering application of green and efficient chemical dust suppressants.
