井下爆破振动对临近尾矿库稳定性影响分析

摘要: 以大岩棚铜矿地下开采爆破活动为研究背景,采用萨道夫斯基经验公式与 FLAC3D数 值模拟非线性动力分析相结合的方法,系统评估地下开采爆破作业对临近尾矿库稳定性的影响。 通过分析质点峰值振速、加速度等关键物理量的变化规律,综合评估井下爆破振动对临近尾矿库 排水井、排洪隧洞、尾矿坝及邻近村庄的影响。结果表明:在最大单段药量 40~120 kg,爆破振动波 随距离呈指数衰减,各设施峰值振速均低于《爆破安全规程》(GB6722—2014)安全阈值,邻近村庄 地表加速度也低于人体舒适性限值,居民无显著震感。因此,在该爆破药量范围内,矿区地表各设 施的稳定性均处于安全可控状态,满足规范要求,研究结论对矿山安全开采及尾矿库运营具有指 导意义。

Abstract: Taking the underground mining blasting activity of Dayanpeng Copper Mine as the re⁃ search background,the influence of underground mining blasting operation on the stability of adjacent tail⁃ ings reservoir is systematically evaluated by combining Sadaovsk empirical formula with FLAC3D numerical simulation nonlinear dynamic analysis.By analyzing the variation law of key physical quantities such as par⁃ ticle peak vibration velocity and acceleration,the influence of underground blasting vibration on drainage wells,flood discharge tunnels,tailings dams and adjacent villages near tailings reservoirs is comprehen⁃ sively evaluated.The results show that the blasting vibration wave decays exponentially with distance in the range of 40~120 kg,and the peak vibration velocity of each facility is lower than the safety threshold of ‘Blasting Safety Regulations'(GB6722—2014). The surface acceleration of the adjacent village is also lower than the human comfort limit,and the residents have no significant sense of shock.Therefore,within the scope of the blasting charge,the stability of the surface facilities in the mining area is in a safe and controllable state,which meets the requirements of the specification. The research findings have guiding significance for safe mining operations and tailings dam management.
