海南岛滨海砂矿中锆石品位的分析方法研究

摘要: 为了准确测定海南岛滨海砂矿中锆石的品位,支撑资源评价与合理开发,针对当前 行业重砂鉴定法与化学分析法 2套技术体系在原理、流程及结果上存在的系统性差异、缺乏统一评 价标准及给实际勘查工作带来困扰等关键问题,基于海南岛多个滨海砂矿项目重砂矿物鉴定与化 学分析的实际工作经验,系统梳理了 2 种核心方法的分析路径与内在逻辑,深入剖析了其差异根 源,并开展了方法优化与联校流程的探索研究。研究结果表明:重砂鉴定法受人工淘洗、矿物粒级 及鉴定视域限制,其品位结果通常为局部视值,代表性受限;化学分析法基于元素总量反演,结果 更接近理论总值,但受锆石中锆、铪类质同象及副矿物干扰,换算系数存在不确定性;通过优化化 学换算公式,引入自动化矿物分析技术,并建立重砂鉴定—化学分析—数据校验多方法联校流程, 可有效减小 2种方法间的系统偏差,显著提升品位数据的可比性与可靠性;单一分析方法难以兼顾 效率与精度,建立多方法协同的质量控制体系是提升滨海锆石砂矿品位测定准确性的关键,该方 法体系可为同类砂矿资源的精准勘查与科学评价提供重要的方法学参考。

Abstract: In order to accurately determine the grade of zircon in coastal placer deposits in Hainan Is⁃ land and support resource evaluation and rational development,aiming at the systematic differences in the principles,processes and results of the two sets of technical systems of heavy sand identification method and chemical analysis method in the current industry,the lack of unified evaluation standards and the problems brought to the actual exploration work,based on the actual work experience of heavy sand miner⁃ al identification and chemical analysis of multiple coastal placer projects in Hainan Island,the analysis path and internal logic of the two core methods are systematically sorted out,the root causes of their differ⁃ ences are deeply analyzed,and the exploration and research of method optimization and joint calibration process are carried out.The results show that the heavy sand identification method is limited by artificial el⁃ utriation,mineral grain size and identification horizon,and its grade result is usually local visual value and representativeness is limited. The chemical analysis method is based on the inversion of the total amount of elements,and the results are closer to the theoretical total value. However,due to the interfer⁃ ence of zirconium and hafnium isomorphism and accessory minerals in zircon,the conversion coefficient is uncertain.By optimizing the chemical conversion formula,introducing automatic mineral analysis technolo⁃ gy,and establishing a multi-method joint calibration process of“heavy sand identification-chemical analy⁃ sis-data verification”,the system deviation between the two methods can be effectively reduced,and the comparability and reliability of grade data can be significantly improved.It is difficult for a single analysis method to take into account both efficiency and accuracy. The establishment of a multi-method collabora⁃tive quality control system is the key to improving the accuracy of the grade determination of coastal zircon placer. This method system can provide an important methodological reference for the accurate exploration and scientific evaluation of similar placer resources.
