谦比希铜矿副井白云岩地层定向帷幕注浆治水技术

Directional Curtain Grouting Technology for Water Control in Dolomite Strata of Auxiliary Shaft of Chambishi Copper Mine

摘要: 针对赞比亚谦比希铜矿东南矿体副井涌水量大、设备腐蚀严重、围岩稳定性差等工 程问题,为解决白云岩裂隙发育,多含水层承压补给造成的水害隐患,开展帷幕注浆治理技术研 究。工程在井筒外围 2~30 m 范围布设近矩形注浆帷幕,共计施工 38 个注浆孔;采用 YST-48RM⁃ WHY 无线随钻定向系统精准控制钻孔轨迹,轨迹偏差控制在±0.3 m,搭配三开钻孔结构与分段下 行式注浆工艺,采用变压力、变浓度动态注浆调控方案,并选用 P.O42.5 水泥复配水玻璃、锯末及分 级骨料的复合注浆材料进行封堵加固。工程实践表明,治理后井筒涌水量降至 29 m3 /h,降幅达 79%,设备腐蚀速率降低 80% 以上,设备维保周期由每月/次延长至每季度 1 次;检测得到帷幕平均 厚度 12.5 m,透水率 0.08 Lu,浆液充填率 89%,第二、第三含水层水位分别下降 15.6,12.3 m,有效切 断含水层水力联系。该成套帷幕注浆技术治理效果可靠,能够有效处置深部高承压含水层涌水灾 害,改善井筒作业环境,可为同类型复杂水文地质矿山防治水工程提供技术参考与工程示范。

Abstract: Aiming at the engineering problems of large water inflow,severe equipment corrosion and poor surrounding rock stability in the auxiliary shaft of the southeast ore body of Chambishi Copper Mine in Zambia,this paper carries out research on curtain grouting treatment technology to eliminate water hazard hidden dangers caused by developed dolomite fractures and confined water recharge of multiple aquifers. A nearly rectangular grouting curtain was arranged within the range of 2~30 m around the shaft,with a total of 38 grouting holes constructed. The YST-48RMWHY wireless directional drilling system was adopted to accurately control the borehole trajectory with a trajectory deviation of ± 0.3 m. Combined with the three�stage borehole structure and the segmented downward grouting process,a dynamic grouting control scheme with variable pressure and variable concentration was formulated. Composite grouting materials composed of P.O 42.5 cement,water glass,sawdust and graded aggregate were selected for sealing and reinforce⁃ ment. The engineering practice shows that after treatment,the shaft water inflow decreases to 29 m3 /h with a reduction rate of 79%,the equipment corrosion rate is reduced by more than 80%,and the equipment maintenance cycle is extended from monthly to quarterly. The detected average thickness of the grouting curtain is 12.5 m,the water permeability is 0.08 Lu,and the slurry filling rate reaches 89%. The water lev⁃ els of the second and third aquifers drop by 15.6 m and 12.3 m respectively,which effectively cuts off the hydraulic connection between aquifers. The complete set of curtain grouting technology has reliable treat⁃ ment effect,which can effectively dispose water inrush disasters in deep high-confined aquifers and im⁃prove the working environment of the shaft. It can provide technical reference and engineering demonstra⁃ tion for water prevention and control projects in mines with similar complex hydrogeological conditions.
