金厂沟梁金矿急倾斜薄矿脉中深孔爆破参数优化研究及应用

Research and Application of Medium-length Hole Blasting Parameters Optimization in Steeply Inclined Thin Ore Vein of Jinchanggouliang Gold Mine

摘要: 以金厂沟梁金矿 56 号急倾斜薄矿脉为工程研究背景,综合运用 LS-DYNA 数值模拟 与现场工业试验,开展中深孔爆破参数优化研究。根据矿山实际工程条件构建矿体爆破数值模 型,设定岩石乳化炸药、空气及矿岩的材料本构与状态方程参数,分步完成孔距、排距、单次起爆 排数的模拟优化。结果表明,采用孔距 1.6 m、排距 1.0 m 且一次爆破 3 排的爆破参数时,炸药能量 分布均匀,炮孔周围有效应力分布合理,无过度粉碎或大块产生现象,可实现矿体有效崩落,整体 爆破效果良好。基于数值模拟结果开展工业试验,采用孔径 60 mm、孔深 7.4 m、孔距 1.6 m、排距 1.0 m、一次爆破 3 排的参数方案,现场爆破后围岩稳定且矿石块度适宜,经三维激光扫描测算,采 空区矿石损失率仅 2.04%,贫化率 27.29%,爆破综合效果良好。本研究确定的爆破参数适配了金厂 沟梁金矿急倾斜薄矿脉开采需求,也为同类矿脉的中深孔爆破开采提供了理论参考与技术借鉴。

Abstract: Based on the engineering research background of No.56 steeply inclined thin ore vein in Jinchanggouliang Gold Mine,the optimization of medium-deep hole blasting parameters is carried out by using LS-DYNA numerical simulation and field industrial test. According to the actual engineering condi⁃ tions of the mine,the numerical model of ore body blasting is constructed,and the material constitutive and state equation parameters of rock emulsion explosive,air and ore rock are set. The simulation and opti⁃ mization of hole spacing,row spacing and single initiation row number are completed step by step. The re⁃ sults show that when the blasting parameters of hole spacing of 1.6 m,row spacing of 1.0 m and three rows of one-time blasting are adopted,the energy distribution of explosives is uniform,the effective stress distri⁃ bution around the blasthole is reasonable,and there is no excessive crushing or large block phenomenon. The effective caving of ore body can be realized,and the overall blasting effect is good. Based on the numer⁃ ical simulation results,the industrial test is carried out. The parameter scheme of hole diameter 60 mm, hole depth 7.4 m,hole spacing 1.6 m,row spacing 1.0 m and one blasting three rows is adopted. The sur⁃ rounding rock is stable and the ore block is suitable after on-site blasting. The three-dimensional laser scanning calculation showed that the ore loss rate in the goaf is only 2.04%,the dilution rate is 27.29%,and the comprehensive blasting effect is good. The blasting parameters determined in this study are suit⁃ able for the mining demand of steeply inclined thin oreveins in Jinchanggouliang Gold Mine,and also pro⁃ vide theoretical reference and technical reference for the medium-deep hole blasting mining of similarore veins.
