基于临界散体柱理论的岩石移动角优化研究与应用

Research and Application on Rock Moving Angle Optimization Based on Critical Granular Column Theory

摘要: 为准确圈定河北某铁矿地表公路影响的移动角,基于临界散体柱理论,运用工程类 比法与理论分析法,对该铁矿地表公路影响的岩石移动角进行优化研究,并采用 PFC2D 数值模拟 进行了验证。结果表明:通过临界散体柱理论,计算得到岩石移动角从 65°提高到 71°,数值模拟 方法模拟得到的岩石移动角约为 73°,说明临界散体柱理论计算得到的岩石移动角比较可靠。因 此,临界散体柱可以对崩落法开采条件下的塌陷坑边壁提供一定的侧向支撑力,优化后的 71°岩 石移动角较原设计 65°更符合该矿工程实际情况。按 71°岩移角重新圈定公路保护范围后,当开 采至-320 m 水平时,可释放公路下压覆资源约 175万 t,为矿山延长服务年限提供了技术依据,对矿 山持续生产具有重要意义。

Abstract: To accurately determine the moving angle of the surface road affecting the iron mine in He⁃ bei Province,based on the critical granular column theory,the engineering analogy method and theoretical analysis method were used to optimize the study of the rock moving angle affected by the surface road of this iron mine,and the PFC2D numerical simulation was adopted for verification. The results show that by using the critical granular column theory,the calculated rock moving angle increased from 65° to 71°,and the rock moving angle obtained by the numerical simulation method was approximately 73°. This indicates that the rock moving angle calculated by the critical granular column theory is relatively reliable. Therefore,the critical granular column can provide certain lateral supporting force for the collapse pit side wall under the caving mining conditions,and the optimized 71° rock moving angle is more in line with the actual engineering situation of this mine compared to the original design of 65°. After re-determining the road protection range based on the 71° rock moving angle,when mining reaches the -320 m level,approximately 1.75 million tons of overburden resources under the road can be released,providing a technical basis for extending the ser⁃ vice life of the mine,and being of great significance for the continued production of the mine.
