基于模拟仿真的露天矿挖掘机培训系统研究与应用

摘要: 为解决露天煤矿培训效率低、成本高、不便捷、设备碳排放高等问题,构建露天煤矿 生产作业场景 TIN,研发了一套露天煤矿挖掘机虚拟仿真安全作业培训系统。研究使用 3DS Max 及 Unity3D,完成露天煤矿虚拟三维模型的建立及环境渲染,同时使用 MAYA 建立挖掘机高精度模 型,实现露天煤矿挖掘机作业场景的实景还原。通过分析,确定系统虚拟交互实现方式,以进行挖 掘机驾驶模拟舱研发,开发用于传输挖掘机驾驶模拟舱操作数据的格式,创新性地实现露天煤矿 挖掘机设备的虚拟仿真实景交互。在程序教学理论的基础上,建立挖掘机教学与考核系统,依据 挖掘机采装作业规程,进行课程设计、挖掘机教学、考核内容等相关标准设定,对作业人员进行考 核评价,提高员工作业效率及操作规范性。结果表明:该系统利用虚拟现实技术,可对露天煤矿挖 掘机作业场景进行实景还原。通过挖掘机驾驶模拟舱,控制虚拟挖掘机与虚拟作业场景以深度交 互的方式进行露天煤矿挖掘机作业培训,在高度安全的环境中,可快速实现完成员工作业培训、提 高员工作业效率以及节能减排的目标。研究成果为露天煤矿挖掘机作业培训提供了新途径,对提 升露天煤矿安全生产管理水平具有一定的意义。

Abstract: To address the issues of low training efficiency,high costs,inconvenience,and excessive carbon emissions from equipment in open-pit coal mines,a TIN (Terrain Information Network) was con⁃ structed for the production operation scenarios of open-pit coal mines,and a virtual simulation safety oper⁃ ation training system for open-pit coal mine excavators was developed. Using 3DS Max and Unity3D,the virtual 3D model of the open-pit coal mine was established and the environment was rendered. Meanwhile, a high-precision model of the excavator was created using MAYA to achieve the realistic reproduction of the open-pit coal mine excavator operation scenarios. Through analysis,the virtual interaction implementa⁃ tion method of the system was determined to develop the excavator driving simulation cabin and develop a data packet format for transmitting the operation data of the excavator driving simulation cabin. In an inno⁃ vative way,the virtual simulation scene interaction of the open-pit coal mine excavator equipment was re⁃ alized. Based on the program teaching theory,an excavator teaching and assessment system was estab⁃ lished. According to the excavator mining and loading operation procedures,the course design,excavator teaching,and assessment content were set,and the operators were evaluated and evaluated to improve their work efficiency and operational standardization. The results show that this system can realistically re⁃ produce the open-pit coal mine excavator operation scenarios using virtual reality technology. Through the excavator driving simulation cabin,the virtual excavator and the virtual operation scenarios interact in a deep way for open-pit coal mine excavator operation training in a highly safe environment,which can quickly complete the training of operators' work,improve their work efficiency,and achieve the goals of energy conservation and emission reduction. The research results provide a new approach for the training of open-pit coal mine excavators,and have certain significance for improving the safety management level of open-pit coal mines.
