某黄金矿山井下移动视频与智能分析综合技术研究

摘要: 信息化与智能化技术迭代驱动下,视频监控在黄金矿山井下作业监管中的应用愈发 广泛,但现存井下移动视频线路易损毁、维护成本高,无轨设备移动作业存在视线盲区,以及移动 视频分析时效性不足等瓶颈。针对上述问题,焦家金矿提出针对性技术方案,采用新型 OFDM 技 术破解作业迎头监控线路维修难题,开展无轨作业车辆装载视频实时分析,构建矿山风险智能预 警系统。应用效果表明,新型 OFDM 技术显著降低监控线路运维成本与难度;无轨车辆智能风险 预警模块有效减少安全事故发生率及设备维修费用;矿山风险智能预警系统实现井下安全的快速 高效管控。最终实现井下生产环境全区域智能化监测,显著提升矿山安全管理水平与应急响应能 力,为黄金矿山数字化转型提供实践参考,兼具显著社会效益与经济效益。

Abstract: Driven by the iteration of informatization and intelligent technology,video surveillance has become more and more widely used in the supervision of underground operations in gold mines. Howev⁃ er,the existing underground mobile video lines are vulnerable to damage and high maintenance costs. There are blind spots in the mobile operation of trackless equipment,and the lack of timeliness of mobile video analysis. In view of the above problems,Jiaojia Gold Mine puts forward a targeted technical scheme, uses new OFDM technology to solve the problem of maintenance of operation head-on monitoring line,car⁃ ries out real-time analysis of trackless operation vehicle loading video,and constructs an intelligent early warning system for mine risk. The application results show that the new OFDM technology significantly re⁃ duces the cost and difficulty of monitoring line operation and maintenance,the intelligent risk early warn⁃ ing module of trackless vehicle effectively reduces the incidence of safety accidents and equipment mainte⁃ nance costs,and the intelligent early warning system of mine risk realizes the rapid and efficient manage⁃ ment and control of underground safety. The research finally realizes the intelligent monitoring of under⁃ ground production environment in the whole region,significantly improves the level of mine safety manage⁃ ment and emergency response ability,provides practical reference for the digital transformation of gold mines,and has significant social and economic benefits.
