河源桐子凹矿区夹石成因及综合利用分析

摘要: 广东省河源桐子凹矿区为大型建筑用变质长石石英砂岩矿山,矿体中发育多条似层 状夹石,多与变质长石石英砂岩呈互层产出,且水饱和抗压强度偏低。通过多方面分析,明确夹石 成因与岩性、岩石裂隙发育及变质作用密切相关。为提高资源利用率、推动开采技术创新,对该矿 区夹石开展系统物理化学分析试验。结果表明,夹石属铝过饱和中性岩石,碱集料反应试验值 0.24%(>0.10%),K₂O+Na₂O 含量 5.83%(>5%),不满足建筑用石料及制砖用黏土质量要求;但其饱 和抗压强度平均 72.72 MPa,坚固性 1%,压碎指标 10%,均符合普通道路路基及建设场地回填的质 量技术要求。研究结果为矿区夹石资源化利用提供技术支撑,助力提升资源综合利用水平。

Abstract: The Tongziwa mining area in Heyuan,Guangdong Province is a large-scale metamorphic feldspar quartz sandstone mine for construction. There are many layered-like horse-stones in the ore body, which are mostly interbedded with metamorphic feldspar quartz sandstone,and the water saturated com⁃ pressive strength is low. Through various analysis,it is clear that the genesis of horse-stone is closely relat⁃ ed to lithology,rock fracture development and metamorphism. In order to improve the utilization rate of re⁃ sources and promote the innovation of mining technology,a systematic physical and chemical analysis test is carried out on the horse-stone in the mining area. The results show that the horse-stone is aluminum su⁃ persaturated neutral rock,the alkali aggregate reaction test value is 0.24% ( >0.10% ),K2O + Na2O con⁃ tent is 5.83% ( >5% ),which does not meet the quality requirements of building stone and brick clay. How⁃ ever,the average saturated compressive strength is 72.72 MPa,the firmness is 1%,and the crushing in⁃ dex is 10%,which all meet the quality and technical requirements of ordinary road subgrade and construc⁃ tion site backfilling. The research results provide technical support for the resource utilization of horse�stone inclusions in mining areas and help to improve the comprehensive utilization level of resources.
