某磷尾矿制备改性生态修复土试验

摘要: 为了解决磷尾矿堆存造成的资源浪费及环境污染问题,借鉴磷石膏三段过滤改性技 术,采用两段过滤+压滤脱水工艺,进行了磷尾矿改性制备生态修复土试验研究。试验结果表明: 三段过滤采用压滤模式,在絮凝剂 PAM 用量 10 g/t、滤饼厚度 6 mm、磷尾矿矿浆浓度 50% 的条件 下,制备出的改性生态修复土含水率为 12.355%,达到了含水率低于 15% 的堆存条件,且干基产能 为 630 kg/(m2 ·h),实现了磷尾矿的高值化利用。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of resource waste and environmental pollution caused by phosphorus tailings storage,the experimental study on the modification and preparation of ecological resto⁃ ration soil by phosphorus tailings is carried out by referring to the three-stage filtration modification tech⁃ nology of phosphogypsum and adopting the two-stage filtration + pressure filtration dehydration process.The test results show that the three-stage filtration adopts the pressure filtration mode. Under the conditions of flocculant PAM dosage of 10 g/t,filter cake thickness of 6 mm and phosphate tailings slurry concentration of 50%,the water content of the prepared modified ecological restoration soil is 12.355%,which reaches the storage condition of water content less than 15%,and the dry base capacity is 630 kg/(m2 ·h),which re⁃ alizes the high-value utilization of phosphate tailings.
