巯基苯并噻唑钠协同浮选某硫化铜矿石工艺试验

Process Test of Synergistic Flotation of a Copper Sulfide Ore by Mercaptobenzothiazole Sodium

摘要: 为了解决复杂高硫铜锌矿浮选过程中铜回收效率低的技术难题,以云南某高硫铜锌 矿石为研究对象,系统开展了丁铵黑药、巯基苯并噻唑钠(MBT-Na)及其复合体系的协同浮选对比 试验,探讨了不同捕收剂配比条件下的协同作用与浮选性能。研究结果表明:当 MBT-Na 与丁铵黑 药的质量比为 2.5 时,复合体系表现出了最优异的协同捕收作用;在此基础上,以硫酸锌、石灰和水 玻璃为抑制剂,2# 油为起泡剂,采用 1 粗 3 精 3 扫闭路流程,最终获得了铜精矿品位 32.54%、铜回收 率 95.24% 的优良指标,实现了该高硫铜锌矿中铜的高效回收,为复杂高硫铜锌矿的高效浮选及捕 收剂体系优化提供了理论依据和工艺指导,对促进多金属矿资源的高效利用与绿色选矿技术的发 展具有重要意义。

Abstract: In order to solve the technical problem of low copper recovery efficiency in the flotation process of complex high-sulfur copper-zinc ore,a high-sulfur copper-zinc ore in Yunnan is taken as the research object,and the synergistic flotation comparison test of ammonium butyl aerofloat,mercaptobenzo⁃ thiazole sodium(MBT-Na)and its composite system is systematically carried out. The synergistic effect and flotation performance under different collector ratios are discussed.The experimental results show that when the mass ratio of MBT-Na to ammonium butyl aerofloat is 2.5,the composite system exhibits the best synergistic collection effect.On this basis,zinc sulfate,lime and water glass are used as inhibitors,2# oil is used as foaming agent,and the closed-circuit process of one roughing,three cleaning and three scav⁃ enging is adopted. Finally,the excellent indexes of copper concentrate grade of 32.54% and copper recov⁃ ery of 95.24% are obtained,and the efficient recovery of copper in the high-sulfur copper-zinc ore is real⁃ ized.It provides theoretical basis and process guidance for the efficient flotation of complex high-sulfur cop⁃ per-zinc ore and the optimization of collector system,and is of great significance to promote the efficient utilization of polymetallic ore resources and the development of green beneficiation technology.
