白象山选矿厂辊磨流程考察及分析

摘要: 白象山选矿厂对二段磨矿进行改造,将二段磨矿设备球磨机改为塔磨机,用以改善 磨矿指标,稳定铁精矿质量。为分析比较改造效果,分别对改造前后白象山选矿厂辊磨+磨选系统 选矿工艺流程进行考察,并综合分析评价各作业、各工序的运行工况。考察结果表明:二段磨矿采 用塔磨机替代球磨机是合理的,改造后选厂处理量为 327.57 t/h,生产指标铁精矿品位为 64.82%,铁 回收率为 80.35%,达到了技改预期效果。

Abstract: Baixiangshan concentrator reforms the second-stage grinding,and changes the ball mill of the second-stage grinding equipment into a tower mill to improve the grinding index and stabilize the quality of iron concentrate.In order to analyze and compare the effect of the transformation,the beneficia⁃ tion process of the roller mill + grinding and beneficiation system in Baixiangshan Concentrator is investi⁃ gated before and after the transformation,and the operating conditions of each operation and each process are comprehensively analyzed and evaluated.The results show that it is reasonable to replace the ball mill with the tower mill in the second stage grinding. After the transformation,the processing capacity of the plant is 327.57 t/h,the iron concentrate grade of the production index is 64.82%,and the iron recovery rate is 80.35%,which achieves the expected effect of technical transformation.
