某含金铜硫矿石低碱度铜硫分选工艺试验研究

摘要: 以某含金铜硫矿石为研究对象,在进行详细工艺矿物学研究的基础上,低碱度条件 下应用优先选铜后选硫的浮选工艺流程,同时在铜精选 1 段采用石灰+代号为 8395 的黄铁矿组合 抑制剂进行铜硫分选,将铜精选 1 段石灰用量由 300 g/t 降低至 150 g/t,pH 值由 11.5 降低至 10,闭路 试验获得的铜精矿含铜 18.12%,回收率 90.38%,含金 2.68 g/t,回收率 54.80%,硫精矿含硫 47.86%, 回收率 42.93%,对比铜精选 1 段单一采用石灰的流程,在铜、硫指标相当的情况下,金回收率提高 了 2.53个百分点,实现了低碱度条件下铜、金、硫的有效回收。

Abstract: Taking a gold-bearing copper-sulfur ore as the research object,on the basis of detailed process mineralogy research,the flotation process of copper preferential flotation followed by sulfur flota‐ tion was applied under low alkalinity conditions. At the same time,the combined inhibitor of lime + pyrite inhibitor code 8395 was used for copper-sulfur separation in the first stage of copper concentrate. The amount of lime in the first stage of copper concentrate was reduced from 300 g/t to 150 g/t,and the pH val‐ ue was reduced from 11.5 to 10. The copper concentrate with copper content of 18.12% and recovery rate of 90.38%,gold content of 2.68 g/t and recovery rate of 54.80% can be obtained. The closed-circuit test index of sulfur concentrate with sulfur content of 47.86% and recovery rate of 42.93%. Compared with the process of single lime in the first stage of copper cleaning,the recovery rate of gold increased by 2.53 per‐ centage points under the condition of equivalent copper and sulfur indexes,and the effective recovery of copper,gold and sulfur under low alkalinity conditions was realized.
