某高硅石灰石分级—光电选提质综合利用研究

摘要: 为了实现陕西某石灰石矿的高值化及资源化综合利用,针对其 SiO2含量较高,限制了 高附加值应用的情况,在该石灰石矿化学成分、矿物组成及嵌布特性等基本性质研究的基础上,进行 了筛分分级和光电选矿协同处理工艺试验研究。试验结果表明:通过分级—光电选工艺,得到了产 率 9.07%、CaO 含量 54.17%、SiO2含量 1.62% 和产率 45.49%、CaO 含量 53.50%、SiO2含量 2.64% 的高品 质石灰石产品,以及用于冶金、脱硫、饲料、建材等多途径的石灰石产品,实现了该石灰石矿的高值 化、多元化综合利用,为高硅型石灰石的绿色高效开发提供了一种低成本、易实施的技术方案。

Abstract: In order to realize the high value and resource comprehensive utilization of a limestone mine in Shaanxi Province,in view of the high content of SiO2,which limits the application of high added val⁃ ue,based on the study of the basic properties of the chemical composition,mineral composition and dissem⁃ ination characteristics of the limestone mine,the screening classification and photoelectric beneficiation synergistic treatment process are carried out.The test results show that the high-quality limestone products with yield of 9.07%,CaO content of 54.17%,SiO2 content of 1.62% and yield of 45.49%,CaO content of 53.50%,SiO2 content of 2.64% are obtained by grading-photoelectric separation process,as well as lime⁃ stone products used in metallurgy,desulfurization,feed,building materials and other ways. The high-value and diversified comprehensive utilization of the limestone mine is realized,which provides a low-cost and easy-to-implement technical scheme for the green and efficient development of high-silicon limestone.
