煤层采动影响下回采巷道围岩变形规律分析

摘要: 为探究近距离煤层开采对回采巷道围岩变形影响,以经坊矿 3-805 工作面为例,运 用 3DEC 软件,对煤矿巷道围岩活动规律进行全面分析。采用 3DEC 软件构建 260 m×200 m×68 m 数值模型,设置水平位移约束及 6.5 MPa 均布载荷,分步开挖煤层(初始步距 10 m,后期 5 m),通过 测线监测覆岩位移、应力及巷道变形。结果表明:覆岩活动中直接顶随采随垮,基本顶初次来压 步距 30 m(应力峰值);推进 40 m 时顶板完全压实,演化规律为直接顶垮落—基本顶砌体梁—覆岩 同步下沉;应力分布呈阶段性变化,推进 10 m 时顶底板形成三角形卸压区,后期转为倒漏斗形,倾 向应力集中范围约 20 m;巷道围岩变形受采空区顶板活动主导,煤柱应力由双峰转为单峰,工作面 后 20 m 达峰值 18.27 MPa;变形表现为顶板下沉、底鼓、两帮非对称移近,剧烈变形发生于工作面推 过后顶板垮落压实阶段。结论揭示,采空区顶板垮落与压实活动是围岩变形核心诱因,有必要采取 合理保护措施,以提高巷道围岩稳定性。

Abstract: In order to explore the influence of close-distance coal seam mining on the deformation of surrounding rock of mining roadway,taking 3-805 working face of Jingfang Mine as an example,3DEC soft⁃ ware is used to comprehensively analyze the activity law of surrounding rock of coal mine roadway. In this study,3DEC software is used to construct a 260 m × 200 m × 68 m numerical model. The horizontal dis⁃ placement constraint and 6.5 MPa uniform load were set,and the coal seam is excavated step by step ( ini⁃ tial step distance 10 m,later 5 m ). The displacement,stress and roadway deformation of overlying strata are monitored by measuring lines. The results show that the immediate roof collapses with mining,the first weighting step of the main roof is 30 m ( the peak stress ),and the roof is completely compacted when ad⁃ vancing is 40 m. The evolution law is that the immediate roof collapses,the main roof masonry beam and the overlying rock sink synchronously. The stress distribution changes in stages. When advancing is 10 m,a tri⁃ angular pressure relief zone is formed in the roof and floor,and then it turns into an inverted funnel shape, with a tendency stress concentration range of about 20 m. The surrounding rock deformation of the roadway is dominated by the roof activity of the goaf,and the stress of the coal pillar changes from double peak to sin⁃ gle peak,reaching a peak of 18.27 MPa at 20 m after the working face. The deformation is characterized by roof subsidence,floor heave and asymmetric movement of the two sides. The severe deformation occurs in the stage of roof collapse and compaction after the working face is pushed over. The conclusion reveals that the roof caving and compaction activities in the goaf are the core causes of surrounding rock deformation,it is necessary to take reasonable protection measures to improve the stability of roadway surrounding rock.
