国内某含金铜矿石选矿工艺试验

Beneficiation Process Test of a Gold-bearing Copper Ore in China

摘要: 国内某含金铜矿石原矿矿物组成复杂,主要回收矿物是金银矿物和铜矿物,为了高 效回收利用该矿石,在矿石性质研究在基础上开展了选矿试验研究。研究结果表明:在磨矿细度 为-0.074 mm90%、Na2CO3用量 1 200 g/t、水玻璃用量 1 200 g/t、Na2S 用量 600 g/t、丁基黄药总用量 160 g/t和粗选浮选时间6 min的条件下,开展1粗2精2扫浮选开路流程试验,可获得金品位67.48 g/t、金 回收率47.88%、铜品位17.22%、铜回收率51.60%的精矿。由于浮选尾矿金含量较高,达到0.69 g/t,后 续可考虑使用其他选矿方法提取浮选尾矿中的金,较大程度地实现矿石中有价矿物的高效回收利用。

Abstract: The mineral composition of a gold-bearing copper ore in China is complex,and the main recovered minerals are gold-silver minerals and copper minerals. In order to efficiently recover and utilize the ore,the beneficiation test is carried out on the basis of the study of ore properties.The results show that under the conditions of grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 90%,Na2CO3 dosage of 1 200 g/t,water glass dos⁃ age of 1 200 g/t,Na2S dosage of 600 g/t,total dosage of butyl xanthate of 160 g/t and roughing flotation time of 6 min,the open-circuit flotation process test of one roughing,two cleanings and two scavengings is car⁃ ried out,the concentrate with gold grade of 67.48 g/t,gold recovery of 47.88%,copper grade of 17.22% and copper recovery of 51.60% can be obtained.Due to the high gold content of flotation tailings,up to 0.69 g/t, other beneficiation methods can be considered to extract gold from flotation tailings in the future,so as to re⁃ alize the efficient recovery and utilization of valuable minerals in ore to a large extent.
