某特大型地下矿山嗣后充填采矿法凿岩方式对比研究

摘要: 为解决特大型地下充填矿山阶段凿岩问题,探寻降本增效、助力快速投产即达产的高 效凿岩方式,运用对比分析法,全面剖析大直径垂直深孔与下向扇形深孔2种主流凿岩方式。从采场 布置形式方面,深入解析不同凿岩方式下,采场结构差异及其对整体开采布局的影响;针对采切工程 量,进行细致统计与对比,直接关系到矿山前期建设成本;对于穿孔爆破设计,深入研究不同参数设 定对凿岩效率、爆破质量的作用。研究发现,下向扇形深孔凿岩方式采场布置简洁,空间利用率高, 深孔爆破可实现大规模矿石崩落,采切工程量小,穿孔爆破设计易于标准化操作;大直径垂直深孔凿 岩方式虽在特定地质条件下具灵活性,但整体回采成本偏高。综合分析后,下向扇形深孔凿岩方式 凭借回采成本低、矿块生产能力大等显著优势,能有力支撑特大型地下矿山降本增效与快速达产,是 更契合特大型地下充填矿山阶段凿岩的高效选择,为矿山开采方案优化奠定科学基础。

Abstract: To address the rock drilling issues in the stage of super-large underground filling mines, and explore efficient rock drilling methods that can reduce costs and increase efficiency, and facilitate rapid commissioning and reaching full production capacity,by applying the comparative analysis method, a com⁃ prehensive analysis is conducted on the two mainstream rock drilling methods of large-diameter vertical deep holes and downward fan-shaped deep holes. From the aspect of the layout form of the stope, this paper deeply analyzes the differences in stope structure under different rock drilling methods and their influence on the overall mining layout. Detailed statistics and comparisons of the mining and cutting engineering vol⁃ ume are directly related to the initial construction cost of the mine. For the design of perforation blasting, in�depth research is conducted on the effects of different parameter settings on rock drilling efficiency and blast⁃ ing quality. The research finds that the downward fan-shaped deep hole drilling method has a simple field layout, high space utilization rate, deep hole blasting can achieve large-scale ore collapse, small mining en⁃ gineering volume, and the perforation blasting design is easy to standardize operation. Although the large-di⁃ ameter vertical deep hole rock drilling method is flexible under specific geological conditions, the overall mining cost is relatively high. After comprehensive analysis, the downward fan-shaped deep hole drilling method, with its significant advantages such as low mining cost and large production capacity of ore blocks, can effectively support the cost reduction, efficiency improvement and rapid production of super-large under⁃ ground mines. It is a more efficient choice for drilling in the stage of super-large underground filling mines, laying a scientific foundation for the optimization of mining plans.
