某金属矿山独头掘进巷道局部通风设计与工程实践

摘要: 为解决某金属矿山-560 m中段探矿穿脉平巷内空气质量差、风速低以及有害气体积聚 等问题,结合巷道工程实际条件,采用理论计算、软件模拟、现场实测相结合的三维研究方法,运用流 体力学与通风工程理论,建立局部通风系统解算模型。从通风方式、作业面的需风量、阻力、局扇型 号、配套风筒尺寸及布置形式等方面开展了独头巷道局部通风设计。借助通风软件对设计方案的合 理性进行解算模拟,并在矿山现场试验。结果表明:在探矿穿脉平巷掘进过程中,采用“压入式通风 为主+引风局扇疏导”的复合通风方式,选择 FKD(DJK50)-№8/2×30 kW 型对旋局扇,配套 ϕ800 mm 柔性阻燃风筒为作业面送风,并在距局扇 150 m 处布置 FK(JK40)-1№6.5/11 kW 型局扇接 ϕ600 mm 柔性阻燃风筒,对巷道内污风进行引流,现场测试作业面平均风速始终维持在0.6 m/s以上,满足《金 属非金属矿山安全规程》要求。系统运行期间,局扇实际风量达到设计值的 120%,巷道内空气质量 明显改善,有效保障了井下作业人员健康与掘进施工安全,为同类矿山解决独头掘进通风难题提供 了可量化的工程参考。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of poor air quality,low wind speed,and accumulation of harmful gases in the exploration vein level roadway of a certain metal mine at -560 m,combined with the ac‐ tual conditions of the roadway engineering,a three-dimensional research method combining theoretical cal‐ culation,software simulation,and on-site measurement was adopted,and fluid mechanics and ventilation engineering theory were applied to establish a local ventilation system solution model. We have carried out local ventilation design for single ended tunnels from the aspects of ventilation mode,required air volume of the working face,resistance,local fan model,matching air duct size and layout form. Ventilation software is used to calculate and simulate the rationality of the design scheme,which conducts on-site experiments in the mine. The results show that in the process of mining through vein roadway excavation,a composite venti‐ lation method of "pressure type main+induced draft fan guidance" is adopted. DJK50- № 8/2 × 30 kW coun‐ ter rotating fan is selected,and a flexible flame retardant air duct with a diameter of 800 mm is matched to supply air to the working face. JK40-1 № 6.5/11 kW fan is arranged 150 m away from the fan to connect with a flexible flame retardant air duct with a diameter of 600 mm to divert the polluted air in the roadway. The average wind speed of the on-site testing work face remained above 0.6 m/s,meeting the requirements of the "Safety Regulations for Metal and Non Metal Mines". During the operation of the system,the actual air volume of the local fan reached 120% of the design value,and the air quality in the tunnel was signifi‐ cantly improved,effectively ensuring the health of underground workers and the safety of excavation con‐ struction,providing quantifiable engineering reference for solving the ventilation problem of single head ex‐ cavation in similar mines.
