金属矿巷道支护体系多因素耦合分析与参数优化

摘要: 在巷道工程中,支护方式和参数的合理选择至关重要,影响着矿山安全生产和经济效 益,如果支护方式和支护参数选择不合理,则会存在较大的安全隐患。根据白象山铁矿现场调研所 得松动圈探测和围岩分类结果,对现有支护方式的支护效果分析,并在现场进行取样、试验,获取现 场围岩力学性能参数;在现有支护效果分析结果的基础上,针对不同类型不同围岩类别的巷道,根据 锚杆长度、直径、间距及排距 4 个影响因素设计多因素耦合正交试验;基于力学试验结果,运用 FLAC3D数值模拟软件对锚网支护参数进行优化研究。结果表明:当前支护方案在Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ类围岩中 存在支护过剩的现象;而在Ⅴ类围岩的支护中存在支护效率不高、强度不足的情况。基于上述研究结 果,以围岩分级为标准,提出了新的支护方案,对白象山当前支护方案作出调整,对于Ⅱ、Ⅲ及Ⅳ类围 岩巷道,在后续支护中可适当降低支护强度,而对于Ⅴ类围岩巷道,后续支护需要进行补强。研究可 为相似条件矿山支护提供参考与理论依据。

Abstract: In tunnel engineering,the rational selection of support methods and parameters is of vital importance,as it affects the safe production and economic benefits of mines. If the support methods and pa‐ rameters are not reasonably chosen,there will be significant safety hazards. Based on the results of loose ring detection and surrounding rock classification obtained from the on-site investigation of Baixiangshan Iron Mine,the research analyzed the support effect of the existing support methods,and conducted sam‐ pling and tests on site to obtain the mechanical performance parameters of the surrounding rock on site. Based on the existing analysis results of support effects,for roadways of different types and surrounding rock categories,multi-factor coupling orthogonal tests are designed according to four influencing factors: anchor bolt length,diameter,spacing and row spacing. Based on the results of mechanical tests,the parameters of anchor net support were optimized and studied by using FLAC3D numerical simulation software. The results show that in the current support scheme,there is an excess of support in Class II,III and IV surrounding rocks. However,in the support of Class V surrounding rock,there exist situations such as low support effi‐ ciency and insufficient strength. Based on the above research results and taking the classification of sur‐ rounding rock as the standard,a new support scheme was proposed to adjust the current support scheme of Baixiangshan. For the roadways with Class II,III and IV surrounding rock,the support strength can be ap‐ propriately reduced in the subsequent support,while for the roadways with Class V surrounding rock,rein‐forcement is required in the subsequent support. Research can provide references and theoretical basis for the support of mines under similar conditions.
