基于混合现实的地下矿山避灾模拟系统 研究与应用

摘要: 为解决地下矿山传统避灾模拟方法局限性大、安全培训效率低等问题,建立了基于混 合现实的模拟避灾体系和功能架构,并设计了地下矿山避灾模拟系统。基于混合现实设备,通过 Unity 3D 开发平台,建立矿山三维模型和混合现实场景,设计井下路网,并改进了 A*路径最优化算 法,实现矿山基本信息显示、井巷及矿体模型展示和避灾模拟路径信息可视化等功能,并在HoloLens 2混合现实设备上进行了系统应用测试。结果表明,该系统能够有效帮助井下工作者通过自然交互 的方式全面认识地下矿山信息,提高避灾能力,为井下避灾工作新方法提供了有力的数据和技术支 撑,具有广阔的应用前景和推广价值。

Abstract: To solve the problems of strong limitations and low efficiency of safety training in traditional disaster avoidance simulation methods for underground mines,a disaster avoidance simulation system and functional architecture based on mixed reality were established,and a disaster avoidance simulation system for underground mines was designed. This system is based on mixed reality devices. Through the Unity 3D development platform,the three-dimensional model of the mine and the mixed reality scene is established, the underground road network is designed,and the A* path optimization algorithm is improved to realize functions such as the display of basic mine information,the display of shaft and ore body models,and the vi‐ sualization of disaster avoidance simulation path information. And the system application test is carried out on the HoloLens 2 mixed reality device. The results show that the underground mine disaster avoidance simu‐ lation system based on mixed reality established can effectively help underground workers comprehensively understand the information of underground mines through natural interaction and improve the disaster avoid‐ ance ability,which provides strong data and technical support for the new method of underground disaster avoidance work,and has broad application prospects and promotion value.
