Smart Operation of Six Dimensional Mine Construction

摘要: 在新一代信息技术驱动下,智慧矿山建设已成为矿业转型升级的核心路径。以中钢矿 业开发有限公司六维矿山建设实践为例,系统阐述了智慧运营在矿山高质量发展中的关键作用。通 过融合物联网、大数据、人工智能等技术集群,构建覆盖资源勘探、开发、生态修复的全生命周期管控 机制,形成“安全为基、生态优先、智慧驱动、价值共生”的现代化矿业发展范式。研究提出智慧运营 分3个阶段推进:从点上自动化到面上智能化,最终实现全矿智慧化管理。目前已完成地测采信息数 字化、生产集中控制、安全智能预警等第二阶段建设,显著提升了生产效率与安全水平。关键技术包 括三维地质建模、智能生产中枢、环境安全预警网络及大数据决策平台,形成三层级架构、四维系统 集成的智慧矿山体系。未来将进一步推进人工智能、物联网、大数据等前沿技术在冶金矿山的融合 应用,重点完善数据标准化、智能采选控制及实时响应机制,推动矿山向“自感知—自决策—自执行” 的智能化生态演进,为行业提供可复制的技术路径与管理经验。

Abstract: Driven by the new generation of information technology,intelligent mine construction has be‐ come the core path of mining transformation and upgrading. Taking the construction practice of six dimensional mine of Sinosteel Mining Development Co.,Ltd. as an example,the key role of intelligent operation in the high-quality development of mines is systematically expounded. Through the integration of technology clusters such as the Internet of Things,big data,and artificial intelligence,a full life cycle management and control mechanism covering resource exploration,development,and ecological restoration is constructed to form a modern mining development paradigm of“safety-based,ecological priority,intelligence-driven,and value symbiosis”. The research puts forward that the intelligent operation is promoted in three stages: from point auto‐ mation to surface intelligence,and the whole mine intelligent management is finally realized. At present,the second stage of construction,such as digitization of geological survey and mining information,centralized con‐ trol of production,and intelligent early warning of safety,has been completed,which has significantly im‐ proved production efficiency and safety level. The key technologies include three-dimensional geological mod‐ eling,intelligent production center,environmental safety early warning network and big data decision-mak‐ ing platform,forming a three-tier architecture,four-dimensional system integration intelligent mine system. In the future,it will further promote the integration and application of cutting-edge technologies such as artifi‐ cial intelligence,Internet of Things and big data in metallurgical mines,focus on improving data standardiza‐ tion,intelligent mining control and real-time response mechanism,promote the intelligent ecological evolu‐ tion of mines to "self-perception-self-decision-self-execution",and provide replicable technical paths andmanagement experience for the industry.
