矿山地压三维应力监测与预警系统在某矿的应用

摘要: 开采反复扰动导致矿山冒顶、垮塌等地压灾害现象频发,严重影响矿山正常安全生产。 研究分析了矿山地压灾害来压力学行为、灾变演化过程和特点,阐述了矿山三维应力监测的必要性 及基本原理,介绍了福建某特大型铁矿三维应力监测的相关实践。研究表明:采动导致采场原有应 力转移集中作用于矿柱的应力不断提高,岩体强度逐渐降低,伴随着自上而下的应力传递,造成矿井 巷道片帮、冒顶、垮塌等地压灾害事故频现,破坏矿体完整性,为矿山围岩失稳现象普遍存在的根源 之一,加强采场周边矿柱三维应力监测是矿山地压灾害防控的最直接、有效的监测方式;三维应力实 时监测属于地压主动型监测方式,具有技术成熟、成本较低等特点,可直接将作用于岩柱主应力的大 小和方向、地压危险程度、采场安全状况等进行展示;三维应力监测手段可用于老采空区,对矿岩介 质变动频繁的采场围岩具有较好的适用性,可最大限度地争取灾害预警时间。通过案例矿山现场的 大量地压监测,最大主应力以 WN向为主,倾角趋于水平,矿山监测所在区域地压危险黄色等级有 8 处,橙色等级有1处,未出现红色等级。地压监测实施后,未发生任何一起地压安全事故,实现了矿山 地压灾害防治“早发现、可防治、能预警、快处治、保安全”的目标,有力保障了矿山安全、有序生产。 研究成果对于矿山安全生产和资源高效开采利用,具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract: Repeated disturbances during mining have led to frequent occurrences of ground pressure disasters such as roof falls and collapses in mines,seriously affecting the normal and safe production of mines. The research analyzed the mechanical behavior,disaster evolution process and characteristics of ground pressure disasters in mines,expounded the necessity and basic principles of three-dimensional pres‐ sure monitoring in mines,and introduced the relevant practices of three-dimensional pressure monitoring in a certain super-large iron mine in Fujian. Research shows that the mining movement leads to the continuous increase of the pressure of the original pressure transfer and concentration in the stope acting on the pillar. The original pressure transfer is prone to gradually increase the pressure level of the rock mass concentrated at the top of the pillar,and the strength of the rock mass gradually decreases. Along with the pressure trans‐ mission from top to bottom,it causes frequent occurrence of ground pressure disaster accidents such as side slabs,roof falls,and collapses in the mine roadway,which damages the integrity of the ore body. This is one of the common causes of the instability of surrounding rock in mines. Strengthening the three-dimensional pressure monitoring of pillars around the stope is the most direct and effective monitoring method for the pre‐ vention and control of ground pressure disasters in mines. Three-dimensional real-time pressure monitoring is an active monitoring method for ground pressure,featuring mature technology and relatively low cost. It can directly display the magnitude and direction of the main pressure acting on the rock pillar,the degree of ground pressure hazard,and the safety status of the stope. Three-dimensional pressure monitoring methods
can be applied to old goaf areas and have good applicability to the surrounding rock of mining sites with fre‐
quent changes in ore and rock media,which can maximize the time for disaster early warning. Through ex‐
tensive ground pressure monitoring at the case mine site,it was found that the maximum principal pressure
was mainly in the WN direction,and the inclination Angle tended to be horizontal. In the area where the
mine was monitored,there were 8 places with yellow ground pressure hazard level,1 place with orange lev‐
el,and no red level was observed. After the implementation of ground pressure monitoring,no ground pres‐
sure safety accident has occurred. The goal of "early detection,preventable,early warning,prompt response
and safety guarantee" for the prevention and control of ground pressure disasters in mines has been
achieved,effectively ensuring the safe and orderly production of mines. The research results have certain ref‐
erence significance for the safe production of mines and the efficient exploitation and utilization of resources.
