石英坩埚内层砂用4N8级高纯石英砂提纯技术研究

摘要: 以国产某脉石英矿为原料,针对石英坩埚内层砂对高纯石英砂(4N8 级,SiO₂含量≥ 99.998%)的纯度要求,提出“表面—内部”梯次除杂的工艺路线。通过破碎筛分—一步酸浸—焙烧 水淬—二步酸浸—氯化焙烧—水浸工艺协同提纯,系统探究了分步酸浸对不同形态杂质的去除效 果。结果表明:一步酸浸(盐酸+硫酸+氢氟酸混酸)可有效去除表面游离杂质及矿物结构类杂质, 使石英砂纯度提升至 99.97%;焙烧水淬(1 150 ℃)结合二步酸浸显著降低了流体包裹体和晶格杂 质含量,杂质总含量降至 53.19 μg/g;最终通过氯化焙烧(1 200 ℃)将碱/碱土金属转化为易挥发或 可溶性氯化物,杂质总含量进一步降至 15.87 μg/g,SiO₂纯度达 99.998 4%。产品 13 项杂质元素含量 完全满足 GB/T 45823—2025的要求,达到美国矽比科光伏级产品(IOTA-CG)标准。研究结果为国产 脉石英矿规模化制备 4N8级高纯石英砂提供了可靠的技术路径,对突破国际垄断、保障光伏产业关 键原材料供应具有重要意义。

Abstract: Taking a domestic vein quartz ore as raw material,aiming at the purity requirement of high purity quartz sand(4N8 grade,SiO2 content≥99.998%)for the inner sand of quartz crucible,a "surface-in‐ side" echelon impurity removal process route was proposed. Through the synergistic purification of crushing and screening-one-step acid leaching-roasting water quenching-two-step acid leaching-chlorination roast‐ ing-water leaching process,the removal effect of step-by-step acid leaching on different forms of impuri‐ ties was systematically explored. The results showed that one-step acid leaching(hydrochloric acid + sulfu‐ ric acid + hydrofluoric acid mixed acid)can effectively remove surface free impurities and mineral structure impurities,and increase the purity of quartz sand to 99.97%. Roasting water quenching(1 150 °C)com‐ bined with two-step acid leaching significantly reduced the content of fluid inclusions and lattice impuri‐ ties,and the total content of impurities decreased to 53.19 μg/g. Finally,the alkali earth metals & alkaline earth metals were converted into volatile or soluble chlorides by chlorination roasting(1 200 °C). The total impurity content was further reduced to 15.87 μg/g,and the purity of SiO2 reached 99.998 4%. The 13 impu‐ rity elements of the product fully meet the requirements of GB/ T 45823-2025,and meet the standard of American silicon-based photovoltaic grade product(IOTA-CG). The research results provide a reliable technical path for the large-scale preparation of 4N8 high-purity quartz sand by domestic vein quartz ore, which is of great significance to break through the international monopoly and ensure the supply of key raw materials in the photovoltaic industry.
