基于锚钻一体化装备的高速掘进工艺技术

High-speed Excavation Technology Based on Integrated Anchor Drilling Equipment

摘要: 传统锚网索支护依赖人工作业,工序繁琐且效率低下,而金属网铺设等环节难以自动 化,已成为制约综采效率和安全的关键瓶颈,极大地限制了井下掘进效率的进一步提升。为了解决 煤矿井下巷道掘进效率低的问题,在对巷道掘进流程进行分析后,确定了锚杆支护和金属网设置是 影响巷道掘进速度的主要因素,提出了一种基于锚钻一体化装备的高速掘进工艺技术。该工艺以锚 钻一体化支护技术为基础,实现了锚杆钻孔、钻杆搬运、添加锚固剂、锚杆设置、锚固剂混合、锚杆预 紧6个独立工序的连续作业;以护表涂层自动喷涂技术为核心,利用自动喷涂护顶替代金属网护顶, 实现了井下巷道护顶的自动作业;通过巷道变形动态监测技术,实现了在低照度、高粉尘环境下,对 巷道变形情况的精确监测。井下工业应用表明,新的高速掘进工艺在保证井下作业安全的基础上, 实现了井下巷道支护的一个流连续作业,能够将锚杆安装周期降低44.2%,将同时作业人员数量降低 66.7%,将巷道掘进速度提高31.8%,极大地推动了井下高速掘进工艺技术的发展。

Abstract: Manual operation for traditional anchor net and cable support is cumbersome and ineffi‐ cient. The layingof metal mesh is difficult to automate,which has become a key bottleneck restricting the ef‐ ficiency and safety of comprehensive mining,greatly limits the further improvement of underground excava‐ tion efficiency. In order to solve the problem of low efficiency in underground coal mine,after analyzing the tunnel excavation process,it was determined that anchor support and metal mesh setting are the main fac‐ tors affecting the speed of tunnel excavation. Therefore,a high-speed excavation technology based on inte‐ grated anchor drilling equipment was proposed. This process is based on the integrated support technology of anchor drilling,which realizes the continuous operation of six independent processes including anchor drill‐ ing,drill rod handling,adding anchor agent,anchor rod setting,anchor agent mixing,and anchor rod pre tightening. With the core technology of automatic spraying of surface protection coating,automatic spraying roof protection is used instead of metal mesh roof protection to achieve automatic operation of underground tunnel roof protection. Accurate monitoring of tunnel deformation in low light and high dust environments has been achieved through dynamic monitoring technology for tunnel deformation. The industrial application underground shous that the new high-speed excavation technology has achieved continuous operation of un‐ derground roadway support while ensuring the safety of underground operations. It can reduce the installa‐ tion period of anchor rods by 44.2%,reduce the number of simultaneous operators by 66.7%,and increase the excavation speed of tunnels by 31.8%,greatly promoting the development of underground high-speed excavation technology.
