硫酸盐环境下铅锌尾砂胶结充填体强度特性试验研究

摘要: 为了探究硫酸盐和粉煤灰掺量对铅锌尾砂胶结充填体单轴抗压强度的影响,采用蒸馏 水、硫酸根浓度5 000 mg/L和15 000 mg/L的溶液浸泡掺粉煤灰质量分数分别为0%、15%、30%的充填 体试件,测试浸泡 180 d内试件抗压强度及溶液 pH值,分析硫酸根和粉煤灰对充填体强度及微观结 构的影响。结果表明:充填体的抗压强度随浸泡时间的增加先增大后减小,硫酸根浓度为5 000 mg/L 时表现出明显的早强剂作用;粉煤灰掺量为 15%时,充填体的抗压强度最高;浸泡溶液的 pH值随时 间延长而降低,前期采用硫酸盐浸泡的溶液 pH 值高于蒸馏水,到第 180 d,硫酸盐溶液的 pH 值均在 9.5以下。扫描电子显微镜分析结果表明,硫酸盐浸泡条件下,试件结构内部孔隙裂隙尺寸和数量增 大,胶凝物数量减少。研究结果能够为分析含硫尾砂充填安全提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract: To investigate the effect of sulfate and fly ash content on the uniaxial compressive strength of lead-zinc tailings cemented paste backfill,the specimens were soaked in distilled water,solutions with sulfate ions concentrations of 5 000 mg/L and 15 000 mg/L,in which the mass fractions of fly ash were 0%,15% and 30%. The uniaxial compressive strength of specimens and solution pH value were tested in 180 days. The influence of sulfate ions and fly ash on the strength and microstructure of cemented paste backfill were analyzed. The results indicated that the compressive strength of the cemented paste backfill increased first and then decreased with the increase of soaking age. When the concentration of sulfate ions was 5 000 mg / L,sulfate exhibited a significant early strength agent effect. The content of fly ash was 15%,and the compressive strength of the specimen was the highest. The pH value of the soaking solution decreased over time,and in the early stage,the pH value of the sulfate solution soaking was higher than that of distilled water. The pH value of the sulfate solution remained below 9.5 on the 180th day. The scan‐ ning electron microscope results indicated that the size and number of internal pores and cracks in the structure increased under sulfate conditions,while the quantity of cementitious materials reduced. The re‐ search results can provide a theoretical basis for analyzing the safety of sulfur-containing tailings filling.
