四川某钒钛磁铁矿预富集精矿浮选回收钛工艺试验

Experiment on the Flotation Recovery of Titanium from Pre-enriched Concentrate of a Vanadium Titanium Magnetite Ore in Sichuan Province

摘要: 四川某钒钛磁铁矿预富集精矿TiO2品位为12.142%。针对预富集精矿中钛资源回收利 用的问题,采用脱硫—粗选试验进行药剂制度优化,确定了硫酸、氢氧化钠为 pH调整剂,硝酸铅+苯 甲羟肟酸为组合捕收剂,水玻璃为抑制剂,在条件试验的基础上,经脱硫—1粗4精1扫钛浮选的闭路 流程选别,可获得 TiO2品位 46.38%、浮选作业回收率为 64.63% 的钛精矿产品,浮选尾矿 TiO2品位为 4.86%,实现了钛资源的综合回收利用。

Abstract: The grade of TiO2 in the pre-enriched concentrate of a vanadium-titanium magnetite in Si‐ chuan was 12.142%. Aiming at the problem of recovery and utilization of titanium resources in pre-concen‐ trated concentrate,the reagent system was optimized by desulfurization-roughing flotation test. It was deter‐ mined that sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide were used as pH regulators,lead nitrate + benzohydroxamic acid was used as combined collector,and sodium silicate was used as inhibitor. On the basis of condition test,the titanium concentrate product with TiO2 grade of 46.38% and flotation recovery of 64.63% was ob‐ tained by closed-circuit process of desulfurization one roughing,four cleaning and one scavenging titanium flotation. The TiO2 grade of flotation tailings was 4.86%. The comprehensive recycling of titanium resources is realized.
