新疆J金矿改扩建过程中的露天境界优化

摘要: 针对新疆 J金矿现有开采境界内矿产资源储量不足、难以适配当前市场经济需求的问 题,为实现矿产资源高效合理利用,延长矿山服务年限,开展开采境界优化研究。首先,系统分析矿 区矿产资源赋存特征、境界内资源品位分布、开采难易程度、经济收益及矿山安全条件等关键先决要 素;在此基础上,运用 MICROMINE矿业软件构建矿体矿块模型,并计算经济合理剥采比,依托该软 件露天优化程序,基于LG图论法原理完成矿床开采境界多方案优化,同时结合Surpac软件精准圈定 最优露天开采境界。研究结果表明,选取3号优化境界作为终了境界基础坑,可有效提升矿产资源利 用率,显著延长露天开采服务年限,为矿山可持续生产提供技术支撑。

Abstract: In view of the insufficient reserves of mineral resources in the existing mining boundary of J Gold Mine in Xinjiang,it is difficult to meet the needs of the current market economy. In order to realize the efficient and rational utilization of mineral resources and prolong the service life of the mine,the mining boundary optimization research is carried out. Firstly,the key prerequisites such as the occurrence charac‐ teristics of mineral resources in the mining area,the distribution of resource grade in the boundary,the diffi‐ culty of mining,economic benefits and mine safety conditions are systematically analyzed. On this basis, the MICROMINE mining software is used to construct the ore block model and calculate the economic and reasonable stripping ratio. Based on the open-pit optimization program of the software,the multi-scheme op‐ timization of the mining boundary of the deposit is completed based on the principle of LG graph theory,and the optimal open-pit mining boundary is accurately delineated by Surpac software. The research results show that the selection of No.3 optimized boundary as the end boundary foundation pit can effectively im‐ prove the utilization rate of mineral resources,significantly prolong the service life of open-pit mining,and provide technical support for the sustainable production of mines.
