基于EWM-GRA综合评价的采场结构参数优化研究

为实现某地下磷矿增产目标,在综合考虑采矿安全、技术和经济因素下,结合EWM熵
权法和 GRA 灰关联度法构建了 EWM-GRA 综合评价模型,并基于评价模型对 9组不同采场结构参
数方案进行分析。研究结果表明:选择采用进路宽度为 3.5 m,进路高度为 3 m的方案最优。从现场
实践来看,采用3.5 m×3 m采场结构参数方案相对原方案采矿量每米整体提高了27.37%,可实现增产
目标;每条进路的经济效益相对原方案增加了 2.833万元,大于增加的开采成本,说明了优选出的采
场结构参数方案是合理可行的。研究结果可为磷矿采场结构参数设计提供参考。

Study on Optimization of Stope Structure Parameters Based on EWM-GRA
Comprehensive Evaluation

In order to achieve the goal of increasing production of an underground phosphate rock,the
EWM-GRA comprehensive evaluation model was constructed by combining the EWM entropy weight meth⁃
od and the GRA grey correlation method under the comprehensive consideration of mining safety,technical
and economic factors. Based on the evaluation model,nine groups of different stope structure parameter
schemes were analyzed. The results show that the scheme with the route width of 3.5 m and the route height
of 3 m is the best. From the field practice,the mining volume per meter of the 3.5 m × 3 m stope structure
parameter scheme is 27.37 % higher than that of the original design scheme,which can achieve the goal of
increasing production. Compared with the original scheme,the economic benefit of each approach has in⁃
creased by 28.33 thousand yuan,which is greater than the increased mining cost,indicating that the opti⁃
mized stope structure parameter scheme is reasonable and feasible. The research results can provide refer⁃
ence for the design of structural parameters of phosphate mine stope.
