智能化选矿技术的应用与挑战

为了提高矿山生产的智能化水平,促进自动化技术与选矿技术的深度融合,针对选矿
生产中面临的提高生产效率、降低能耗、优化流程控制等多重挑战,详细介绍了当前自动化技术在矿
石破碎、磨矿、浮选、脱水以及尾矿处理这5种主要选矿作业中的主流实施方案。介绍了用于智能化
选矿的PID控制算法、模糊控制算法、神经网络控制算法、专家控制算法和优化控制算法,指出人工智
能、5G技术、大数据与云计算、物联网技术将是今后自动化技术在智能化选矿中的主要发展方向,并
对目前自动化技术在智能化选矿中面临的挑战与机遇提出了发展建议。

Applications and Challenges of Intelligent Mineral Processing

In order to improve the intelligent level of mine production and promote the deep integra⁃
tion of automation technology and mineral processing technology,aiming at the multiple challenges of im⁃
proving production efficiency,reducing energy consumption and optimizing process control in mineral pro⁃
cessing production,the mainstream implementation schemes of current automation technology in ore crush⁃
ing,grinding,flotation,dehydration and tailings treatment are introduced in detail. Then,the PID control
algorithm,fuzzy control algorithm,neural network control algorithm,expert control algorithm and optimiza⁃
tion control algorithm for intelligent mineral processing are introduced. It is pointed out that artificial intelli⁃
gence,5G technology,big data and cloud computing,and Internet of things technology will be the main de⁃
velopment directions of automation technology in intelligent mineral processing in the future,and develop⁃
ment suggestions are put forward for the challenges and opportunities faced by automation technology in in⁃
telligent mineral processing.
