南山矿圆筒仓自动放矿技术研究

南山矿电机车在圆筒仓的装矿模式为电机车司机负责控制装矿自翻车对位,圆筒仓中
控室的放矿工负责观察自翻车是否对位完成并放矿,过程中受人为因素影响大,效率低。为此,以无
线网络传输、计算机控制技术为基础,设计了圆筒仓对电机车的自动放矿系统,深度优化放矿流程,
实现电机车司机自主对位和放矿。系统有效避免交流不畅、埋道等问题,极大提高了劳动效率;同时
自动放矿系统具备自诊断功能,能及时发现并处理系统问题。

Research on Automatic Ore Drawing Technology of Cylindrical Silo in Nanshan Mine

The ore loading mode of the electric locomotive in the cylindrical silo of Nanshan Mine is
that the driver of the electric locomotive is responsible for controlling the self-turning of the ore loading,and
the ore drawer in the central control room of the cylindrical silo is responsible for observing whether the self⁃
turning is completed and ore drawing. The process is greatly affected by human factors and the efficiency is
low.To this end,based on wireless network transmission and computer control technology,an automatic ore
drawing system for electric locomotives in cylindrical silo is designed to optimize the ore drawing process in
depth and realize the autonomous alignment and ore drawing of electric locomotive drivers.The system effec⁃
tively avoids problems such as poor communication and buried channels,which greatly improves labor effi⁃
ciency.At the same time,the automatic ore drawing system has self-diagnosis function,which can find and
deal with system problems in time.
