基于机器视觉的智能算法在矿山安全监测系统中的应用

在矿山安全监测系统中,传统的人工检测方法已难以满足现代化矿山的需求。通过探
讨基于机器视觉的智能算法在矿山安全监测系统中的应用,分析了矿山安全监测系统的关键技术需
求,并提出了发展建议。分析发现,当前基于机器视觉的智能算法在矿山工程的应用中,主要受环境
条件的限制,在监测的实时性以及数据处理的准确性方面面临挑战。提出采用多模态传感器获取更
加全面的数据,以增强环境感知;在模型中加入MobileNets、ShuffleNets等轻量化网络模型,降低模型
参数量;使用泛联兼容的协同控制系统将多个算法同时运行,进行综合分析,增强系统的泛化能力。

Application of Intelligent Algorithm Based on Machine Vision in Mine Safety Monitoring System

In the mine safety monitoring system,the traditional manual detection method has been dif⁃
ficult to meet the needs of modern mines.By discussing the application of intelligent algorithm based on ma⁃
chine vision in mine safety monitoring system,the key technical requirements of mine safety monitoring sys⁃
tem are analyzed,and the development suggestions are put forward.It is found that the current intelligent al⁃
gorithm based on machine vision is mainly limited by environmental conditions in the application of mine en⁃
gineering,and it faces challenges in real-time detection and accuracy of data processing.A multi-modal sen⁃
sor is proposed to obtain more comprehensive data to enhance environmental perception.Lightweight network
models such as MobileNets and ShuffleNets are added to the model to reduce the number of model parame⁃
ters.By using the pan-connected compatible cooperative control system,multiple algorithms are run at the
same time for comprehensive analysis to enhance the generalization ability of the system.
