木瓜界选煤厂落煤溜槽智能化清堵系统研究 及应用

为确保木瓜界选煤厂物料正常输送，保障后续工段作业物料供给，针对木瓜界选煤厂 落煤管堵塞问题，进行了落煤管智能清堵系统的相关研究。通过分析现用清堵设备、技术及木瓜界 选煤厂的实际堵塞原因，研制了一套能耗低、维修量低、可保证整个落煤溜槽通畅的智能清堵系统。 智能清堵系统分别在落煤管的主要拐点及变径处外侧共铺设8层气动助流装置，其中每层气动助流 装置由4个紧贴管壁的助流喷嘴构成，通过自动化控制系统控制高速气流沿管壁喷射，减小管壁与物 料间的摩擦力，从根本上同时消除黏壁和结拱问题，且系统具备预清堵功能，可在设定的时间自行开 启，确保管路顺畅，有效解决了现有技术中振动位置固定、清堵范围小、稳定性差、工作量过大、造价 过高等问题。   

Research and Application of Intelligent Blockage Removal System for Coal Drop Chute in Muguajie Coal Preparation Plant

In order to ensure the normal transportation of materials in Muguajie Coal Preparation Plant and ensure the supply of materials for subsequent section operations，in view of the blockage problem of the coal drop pipe in Muguajie coal preparation plant，the related research on the intelligent blockage removal system of the coal drop pipe was carried out.Based on the analysis of the existing blockage removal equip⁃ ment，technology and the actual blockage causes of Muguajie coal preparation plant，an intelligent blockage removal system with low energy consumption，low maintenance and smooth operation of the whole coal drop chute is developed.The intelligent blockage removal system has a total of 8 layers of pneumatic flow-support⁃ ing devices on the main inflection point and the outside of the variable diameter of the coal drop pipe.Each layer of pneumatic flow-supporting device is composed of four flow-supporting nozzles close to the pipe wall. Through the automatic control system，the high-speed airflow is sprayed along the pipe wall to reduce the friction between the pipe wall and the material，and fundamentally eliminate the problem of sticking and arching at the same time.And the system has a pre-clearing function. The system can open itself at a set time to ensure smooth pipeline，which effectively solves the problems of fixed vibration position，small clearing range，poor stability，excessive work and high cost in the existing technology.
