马钢矿业张庄矿选矿厂为了提高磁性铁的回收率,实现尾矿资源利用最大化,针对现 有磨选湿尾矿无扫选作业的工艺设计缺陷,进行了在尾矿溜槽处增设盘式磁选机组及盘磁回收系统 智能化控制的工艺优化试验研究。试验结果表明:增加尾矿回收系统后,每年可从湿尾矿中回收铁 品位66%的铁精粉约1万t,同时优化了尾矿回收智能控制系统,提高了矿山智慧制造水平,且经济效 益显著。
In order to improve the recovery rate of magnetic iron and maximize the utilization of tail⁃ ings resources inZhangzhuang Mining Concentrator of Anhui Masteel Mining Resources Group,aiming at the process design defects of the existing grinding separation wet tailings without scavenging operation,the process optimization experiment of adding disc magnetic separator group and intelligent control of disc mag⁃ netic recovery system at tailings chute was carried out.The test results show that after adding the tailings re⁃ covery system,about 10 000 tons of iron concentrate powder with iron grade of 66% can be recovered from wet tailings every year. At the same time,the intelligent control system of tailings recovery is optimized,the level of intelligent manufacturing of mines is improved,and the economic benefits are remarkable.
