张庄矿高压辊磨闭路筛分流程漏斗改造

为了提高张庄矿高压辊磨闭路筛分流程中湿式直线筛的智慧化程度,针对筛上漏斗易 磨损且检修难度高,筛下漏斗物料易堆积,清扫人员工作强度大,单系列停机时间长,影响产品质量 稳定等问题,对单台湿式直线筛筛上、筛下漏斗进行了一系列的优化改造。改造后,提高了单线生产 能力,减少了人力成本及生产能耗,提高了张庄矿选厂的智慧化程度,为选矿系统的稳质高产及操检 维一体化奠定了基础。

Funnel Transformation of Closed Circuit Screening Process of High Pressure Roller Mill in Zhangzhuang Mine

In order to improve the intelligent degree of wet linear screen in the closed-circuit screen⁃ ing process of high-pressure roller mill in Zhangzhuang Mine,in view of the problems that the funnel on the screen is easy to wear and the maintenance is difficult,the funnel material under the screen is easy to accu⁃ mulate,the cleaning personnel work intensity is large,the single series shutdown time is long,which affect the stability of product quality,a series of optimization and transformation are carried out on the funnel on and under the screen of a single wet linear screen.After the transformation,the single-line production capac⁃ ity is improved,the labor cost and production energy consumption are reduced,and the intelligent degree of the concentrator of Zhangzhuang Mine is improved,which lays a foundation for the stable quality and high yield of the beneficiation system and the integration of operation,inspection and maintenance.
