重选法提高伊朗某铁精矿回收率试验研究

为了提高伊朗某铁矿石铁精矿回收率,在原矿性质研究的基础上进行了磁选工艺试验 研究,考察了不同磨矿细度、磁选强度对铁品位及回收率的影响,并对磁选尾矿进行了尾矿综合回收 探索试验。试验结果表明:在磨矿细度为-74 μm42%、磁场强度为160 kA/m 的最佳条件下,经一段磨 矿、2次弱磁选,可获得铁品位 67.26%、铁回收率 86.69%的铁精矿。弱磁尾矿采用强磁选回收,虽然 铁回收率较高,但铁品位较低;采用螺旋溜槽对尾矿进行重选再选,可获得铁品位66.43%、铁回收率 91.49%的铁精矿,对弱磁尾矿进行重选,大大提高了铁精矿的回收率。

Experimental Study on Improving Recovery Rate of an Iron Concentrate in Iran by Gravity Separation Method

In order to improve the recovery rate of iron concentrate in an iron ore from Iran,the experi⁃ mental study of magnetic separation process was carried out on the basis of the study of raw ore properties. The effects of different grinding fineness and magnetic separation intensity on iron grade and recovery rate were investigated,and the comprehensive recovery of tailings from magnetic separation was carried out.The results show that under the optimum conditions of grinding fineness of - 74 μm42% and magnetic field strength of 160 kA/m,iron concentrate with iron grade of 67.26% and iron recovery of 86.69% can be ob⁃ tained by one-stage grinding and two low intensity magnetic separation.The low intensity magnetic tailings are recovered by high intensity magnetic separation. Although the iron recovery rate is high,the iron grade is low. The iron concentrate with iron grade of 66.43% and iron recovery of 91.49% can be obtained by gravi⁃ ty separation of tailings by spiral chute. The recovery rate of iron concentrate is greatly improved by gravity separation of low intensity magnetic tailings.
