辽宁某磁赤混合铁矿选矿工艺优化研究

辽宁某磁赤混合铁矿选矿厂为了解决原矿中磁性铁含量急剧增加的问题,针对现有工
艺流程已经很难适应新的矿石性质的问题,进行了磁、赤分选新工艺选别效果研究。研究结果表明:
采用磨矿—阶段磁选—磁赤分离—赤铁矿反浮选的磁、赤分选新工艺选别,可获得全铁品位67.41%
的铁精矿,磁、赤分选新工艺流程能实现铁矿物与脉石矿物的有效分离,获得理想的试验指标。

Study on Optimization of Beneficiation Process of a Magnetic Hematite Mixed Iron Ore in Liaoning

In order to solve the problem of a sharp increase of the content of magnetic iron in the raw
ore,in view of the problem that the existing process flow has been difficult to adapt to the new ore properties⁃
in a magnetic hematite mixed iron ore concentrator of Liaoning Province,the magnetic and hematite separa⁃
tion new process separation effect was studied.The results show that the iron concentrate with total iron grade
of 67.41% can be obtained by using the new magnetic and hematite separation process of grinding-stage
magnetic separation-magnetic hematite separation-hematite reverse flotation.The new process of magnetic
and hematite separation can realize the effective separation of iron minerals and gangue minerals,and ob⁃
tain the ideal test index.
