某深部巷道底板卸压槽尺寸数值模拟研究

随着煤矿开采深度的不断增加,国内许多矿井已经进入深部开采,深部巷道围岩稳定
性差,底鼓现象突出,矿压显著。以平顶山矿区某煤矿为工程背景,分析了巷道围岩变形破坏特征,
提出了“四层次喷混凝土+三层次钢丝绳网+三层次锚杆+底板卸压槽+壁后注浆”的联合支护方案,采
用UDEC模拟了巷道围岩应力场分布特征。结果表明,增加卸压槽宽度可以有效保证巷道底板应力
向深部转移,当卸压槽宽度为 1 600 mm时,巷道底板围岩塑性区范围为 14.84 m,底板水平应力峰值
向深部转移了14.5 m,为深部巷道围岩变形控制提供了一定的理论支撑。

Digital Simulation Study on Dimensions of Pressure Relief Groove on Deep Roadway Floor

With the continuous increase of coal mining depth,many domestic mines have entered
deep mining,the stability of deep roadway surrounding rock is poor,the phenomenon of floor heave is prom⁃
inent,and the mine pressure is obvious. Based on the engineering background of a coal mine in Pingding⁃
shan mining area,the deformation and failure characteristics of the roadway surrounding rock were ana⁃
lyzed,and a combined support scheme of "four-level shotcrete + three-level wire rope mesh + three-level
anchor bolt + floor relief trough + wall grouting" was proposed. The distribution characteristics of the stress
field of the roadway surrounding rock were calculated using UDEC. It can effectively ensure the stress trans⁃
fer of roadway floor to the depth. When the width of pressure relief groove is 1 600 mm,the plastic zone of
roadway floor surrounding rock is 14.84 m,and the peak horizontal stress of roadway floor is transferred to
the depth by 14.5 m,which provides certain theoretical support for the deformation control of roadway deep
surrounding rock.
