稳定金堆城选硫指标试验研究

摘要: 为解决金钼股份矿冶分公司硫精矿指标波动较大的问题,以现场工艺流程为基础, 围绕入磨细度、丁基黄药来源、配制药液后使用的及时性及药液使用浓度开展了试验。结果表明, 钼尾矿浮硫的适宜磨矿细度为-200目55%,丁基黄药来源对选硫效果影响不显著,丁基黄药应做 到现配现用,适宜的丁基黄药使用浓度为6%,按试验结论开展选硫实践可取得理想指标。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of large fluctuation of sulfur concentrate index in Jinduicheng Molybdenum Industry Co., Ltd., Mining and Metallurgical Branch, the tests were carried out based on the on-site process flow, including the fineness of feeding grinding, the source of butyl xanthate, the timeliness of use after the preparation of liquid medicine and the concentration of liquid medicine. The results showed that the suitable grinding fineness of floating sulfur from molybdenum tailings is -200 mesh accounting for 55%. The source of butyl xanthate had no significant effect on sulfur selection. Butyl xanthate should be used immediately after it was ready. The suitable concentration of butyl xanthate is 6%. The correlation index could be obtained by carrying out sulfur selection practice according to the experimental conclusion.
