姑山矿充填井巷道突水原因分析及治理技术

摘要: 姑山矿充填井水平巷道在掘进过程中发生了拱顶局部塌方并伴有大量涌水。通过 分析突水原因,制定了“巷道截流+堵源治理”的综合应对方案。利用先进的定向钻进技术透巷并 注浆进行巷道截流,截流后再施工若干分支孔探查突水通道,并通过高压注浆加固周边破碎围岩, 彻底封堵导水通道,堵水率达到100%。措施实施后,巷道掘进安全通过了治理区和高赋水地带, 对类似工程具有一定的借鉴价值。

Abstract: During the excavation process of the horizontal roadway of the filling well in Gushan Mine, local collapse of the vault occurred and accompanied by a large amount of water gushing. By analyzing the causes of water inrush, a comprehensive response plan of ' roadway closure + source control ' was formulat⁃ ed. The advanced directional drilling technology is used to penetrate the roadway and grout the roadway. Af⁃ ter the closure, several branch holes are constructed to explore the water inrush channel, and the surround⁃ ing broken surrounding rock is reinforced by high-pressure grouting to completely block the water channel, and the water plugging rate reaches 100 %. After the implementation of the measures, the roadway excava⁃ tion safety passed the control area and the high water-bearing area, which has certain reference value for similar projects.
